Our quality is defined by our selection and care of the agave plants we use. Something that differentiates us from other tequila brands is that we plant, care and select the best plants from our family fields.
Our agave process is carried out when our plants reach 7 years after being harvested, to obtain the ideal sugar content, these must be of the Tequilana weber variety to create our tequila with the expected quality.
The collaborators transfer our agave harvest to our factory to begin the cooking process. Our artisanal cooking process is carried out in masonry ovens, that is what gives a different flavor to our tequilas.
We work under a milling process that is 50% industrialized and 50% artisanal.
Subsequently, the following processes are carried out in the factory: extraction, fermentation, distillation, maturation and packaging, supervising that each process is carried out in a transparent manner.
